*Sigh*
I have a lot of stuff due this Monday. I have a rough draft for English, an extra credit for Philosophy, and a take-home exam for Stats due. Just 2 more weeks of school left. Stressed. 
Stats Blows
I have never had a class that has given me a bigger headache (literally) like Stats does. I leave that class with my brain hurting. I guess it doesn't help that I only have the class once a week, so we get crammed with 3 hours worth of stuff in one class meeting. But I'm getting a 'B+' right now. I sooooo want to pull an 'A' for that class. I want to get 2 'A's' and 2 'B's' this semester. I'm right now in the middle of doing homework (ya doing homework on a Saturday night, I'm a nerd 
) and I had to take a break. Why can't it be a straight-forward problem?!? You have to see if you have a deviation, and then what formula to use, how many variables are being tested, if it's 1 or 2-tailed....ugghhh Ok, well....I just had to rant.
I'm Back
Hi everyone. Like many other people on the net, I have had no inspiration to come on here and blog. I thought with a new layout, it would bring me out of my blogging rut, but it hasn't happened. I'll try to bring myself on here more.
How was everybody's Thanksgiving? Ours was pretty nice. Jose had to go to work at like 5pm. So I made us our little thanksgiving dinner and it came out pretty good. I was pleased how everything came out. I took Minnie her Thanksgiving/Fall pics, posted them on to myspace friends and went ahead and ordered them so I can get them in actual prints so I can finish up the fall part of her scrapbook. You can see one of them on the Minnie Cam.
Thank you to all that posted their condolescenses (sp). The viewing was....heavy. Jose, me and my uncle (my dad's brother) went together. And the family's testimonials were very sad. But not until I actually got up close and saw her did it actually get to me. Because it was sooooo hot in the church, she had completely changed colors from a regular skin color to green. It was shocking. You can see her eyeshadow, blush and lipstick against her green skin. It was a sharp contrast against her happy, smily poster size pictures that were up around the church.
I went to bed thinking about her and I even had nightmares that night. I woke up thinking about her too. Poor family. But at least she's not suffering no more.
I'm in the middle of trying to get a student loan for school next fall. So that's what's been going on with that. 3 more weeks of Fall left. Crazy huh? I feel like we just started!!

R.I.P. Tia Rosita
My aunt passed away Friday at 1 in the morning. They said she passed away with a smile on her face. So she went content. The viewing is this Friday, it's going to be so weird to see her, especially when the last time I seen her it was like 10 years ago and she was in complete, perfect health. I'm also going to see a lot of family I haven't seen in years either (my dad's brother and sister that he had a fall out with years ago and they don't speak). So talk about awkward.
I wonder where everybody is. A lot of blogs are down, on hiatus, or just simply havent updated. Well, I hope everybody gets back soon.
Woohoo!!
I'm so excited, only 6 more weeks left for the semester. And for a whole week, I don't have 1 class and for a day or 2, I don't have another.... So that should make time go by even faster. I have Spring and Summer semester left at Fullerton College and then I transfer in the Fall. I'm now starting to look into student loans. I got a letter last week saying that we make too high of an income for a Cal Grant. Darn. But oh well.
On Monday, Minnie is getting her first official "Schnauzer Haircut". Now she won't look like a shaggy terrier....
Her hair is starting to get out of control, plus we were waiting to get her rabies shot and the certificate they give us, to get her groomed. But they are not even asking for that certificate at the place we're taking her at. Petsmart requires it though.
Uggh, when I was saving my "October" entries, I stupidly saved it in the September file. So I lost my September entries. What an idiot.
Ok, I have an essay due on Monday and I have to read for our Reading Quiz for that same class as well. I got a 'B' on my Stats test. It sucks because it was only like 6 questions, but the problems were long. So I think I may have missed one question that was worth 25 points....ouch.

New Month, New Layout
Hi all! How was everyone's Halloween? We had a great time. We went trick or treating with Jose's little cousins and their parents. We didn't dress up but we took Minnie, the Hot Dog. And let me tell you, she was the life of the party! First, I have never seen sooooo many people trick or treating at once. It looked like a festival! And all you kept hearing was, "Look at the little hot dog, how cute!!" There was this guy out with his big ol' pitbull and he was eyeing Minnie. We were mad though, because he could have at least put a muzzle on his dog with so many kids around. He could have easily clipped one of the kids!! Stupid. But all in all, we had a great time. The only thing was that I forgot my camera!!! I was so mad!! Ugghh!
